This was the first time I went to a group photoshoot type of thing that was outside of a con. The gathering was made for the people experiencing something called “Post Con Depression” (the feeling of emptiness some con-goers end up feeling after the end of a convention). The guy who came up with the idea figured that this not only would help with said “PCD”, but this would also allow for a great way for cosplayers and photographers to branch out and network with others in the process.
For someone like me, who usually charges for photoshoots, felt this was a good middle ground for me to take pictures without really asking for payment. Plus it’d allow me to be a bit more experimental and not be bound by some self imposed time restraint.
… Which is why this is coming out a month after the gathering took place ahaha. Hope you guys enjoy nevertheless!
